Chris S. Costner, CPA
Senior Audit Manager
Chris received his BSBA degree with honors from Western Carolina University in 1996. He has extensive audit, accounting, and consulting experience in a variety of areas, including both for-profit and nonprofit organizations, and governmental units and public authorities. Chris joined Martin Starnes & Associates in 2002. Since that time, he has specialized in the governmental arena. He is an AICPA and NCACPA member.
