Bryan has taken an active role in the formation of the firm as it exists today. He earned his BS degree with cum laude honors from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 1987. He has earned the Governmental and Nonprofit Organization Certificate of Educational Achievement by the AICPA. He is “Yellow Book” (Government Auditing Standards) certified in the area of governmental and non profit accounting. Bryan was awarded Accredited Business Valuator (ABV) in 1998. He has qualified as an expert in the area of business valuations in district court. He is an active community leader. Bryan is a member of the NCACPA and AICPA.
