This is a friendly reminder that on January 1, 2018, the North Carolina Annual Reports filing process was changed. The State of North Carolina now requires that all reports be filed directly with the Secretary of State. The annual reports can no longer be part of the income tax filing process. Please click on the link above to read information concerning this change. Your report can be filed by visiting https://www.sosnc.gov/divisions/business_registration/annual_report and following the prompts. This report is due to be completed by April 15, 2020.
