- Employees share good happenings about each other on our a-MSA-zing (amazing) Praise Boards to extend recognition where due, to share gratitude, and give positive reinforcement and encouragement within our culture.
- At MSA, community service is a priority. Employees participated in the NCACPA 100 Days of Service and performed more than 240 acts of kindness in three months, wrapping up the event with a blanket drive for the Hickory Soup Kitchen.
- While employees were observing the Covid-19 work-from-home order, we conducted virtual hangouts on Thursdays during the lunch hour to help relieve stress and socialize. It was so much fun to see each other during this timeframe.
- MSA sponsors a First 15 Reading program where employees read for the first 15 minutes of each workday. A library of books is furnished for employees who are paid for the time spent reading.
